We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2021, at the age of 89, Phyllis Dertz of Grand Rapids, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, John Gaska and Joanna Gaska (Gwit); her husband Raymond "Shorty" Dertz; her son Tim; and her brothers, Bill, Walter and Victor Gaska. She is also survived by her sons, eight grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren.
