He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Wozniak and Stephanie Wozniak; his former wife Gerry Wozniak; and his brother Dan Wozniak. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Wozniak; his siblings, Ron Wozniak (Diane) and Mary-Anne Walker; and his children, Christine Borger (Gary), Charlene Wassell-Wozniak, Rick Wozniak, Ross Wozniak, Leeann Humphrey (Keith), Kevin Gall (Ellie) and Brian Gall (Kris). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Arsulowicz Brothers Remembrance Mortuary (3525 Remembrance Rd NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49534). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Arsulowicz Brothers Remembrance Mortuary (3525 Remembrance Rd NW, Walker, MI 49534).
