We are sad to announce that on September 2, 2019, at the age of 91, Ruth Brummett (Grand Rapids, Michigan), born in Memphis, Tennessee passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ruth Brummett to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Lester C. Mitchum and Virginia Medearis Mitchum; and her siblings, Helen Mitchum White, Robert Mitchum and William Mitchum.

She is survived by : her children, Kimberly Aliseri of California, Barry Scott Brummett of Austin, Gregory Alan Brummett (Janey) of Grafton and Kevin Paul Brummett (Meredith) of Grand Rapids; and her grandchildren, Elizabeth Windler, Abram Brummett, Ashley Brummett, Katharine Brummett, Hannah Brown, Eli Brummett, Delaney Brummett and Brady Brummett.

Memorial contributions may be made to the First Christian Church of Mt. Carmel, Illinois and the First Christian Church of Henderson, Kentucky, or to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in Memphis, TN.
