Sally Ann Waalkes Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sally Ann Waalkes of Grand Rapids, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 3, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Sally Ann shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Sally Ann farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her husband Warren. She is survived by: her daughters, Diane Richardson (Clyde) and Karen McMullin (Larry); her grandchildren, Sara McMullin and David McMullin (Katy); her great grandchild Adaline McMullin; her brother Robert Wright (Carol); and her brother-in-law Robert Waalkes (Ruth). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Fifth Reformed Church (2012 Griggs St SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49506). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
