He is survived by: his wife Bobbie; his children, Jeff (Marsha Mulder), Brian (Christine Mulder), Bradley (Julie Mulder), Tara (Jeff Tubergen) and Amy (Brandon Mack); his grandchildren, Will, Rachel Mulder, Jake, Zack, Jessie Mulder, Kayla, Annaleigh Mulder, Kylie, Jaci, Lindsey Tubergen, Braeden, Kailea and Mariah Mack; and his siblings, Joyce, Marv Dykstra, Lee Mulder, Don, Carole Mulder, Steve, JoAnn Mulder, Ellen and Kyle Johnson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
