He was predeceased by: his son Nathan Coffman; and his siblings, Bill, Harry Coffman and Lois Wiltjer. He is survived by: his wife Trena Joyce Schutte; his sons, Rev. A. Joseph Coffman (Sandie), Mark (Karla Coffman), Thomas Coffman, Dr. Jonathan Coffman, Timothy (Tanya Coffman) and Aaron (Megan Coffman); his grandchildren, Eli Coffman, Zach Coffman, John Paul Coffman, Melanie Lieske, Alicia Smith, Joshua Coffman, Mikayla Beckmann, Aaron Coffman, Sydney Coffman, Matthew Coffman, Heather Coffman, Alaric Coffman, Caeden Coffman, Aevery Coffman, Anaeya Coffman and Lillian Coffman; his brother Don; and his siblings-in-law, Jim Schutte, Julia Austin and Donna DeVries. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
