She was predeceased by : her parents, George Andrews and Edith Andrews; her son Ernst Otto; and her siblings, Wallace Andrews and Beverly Schrock (Andrews).
She is survived by : her husband Ernst Otto; her children, Jennifer Otto and Tracy Lawrence (Bob); and her grandchildren, Lucas Jonker (Tori), Kaleb Jonker, Roman Jonker and Holly Lawrence. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In honor of Charlotte and in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Faith Hospice or Pine Ridge Bible Camp.
