He is survived by : his wife Rebecca Johnson; his sons, Dan and Josh Johnson; his father Roger Johnson; his stepmother Martha Johnson; his sister Jill Johnson Barnes; and his niece Emily Barnes. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
