He was predeceased by : his former life partner Delores Stryker; his wife Betty Stryker; his parents, John Stryker and Jane Stryker; his brothers, Albert and Gerald Stryker; and his stepdaughter Linda Huttinga.

He is survived by : his children, Steve Stryker and Bonnie Huhta; his granddaughter Victoria Jones (Brandon); his great grandchild Harvey Jones; his stepchildren, Ellen Birdsall (Arlan) and Steven Heys (Sheri); and his stepson-in-law David Huttinga. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
