She was predeceased by : her parents, Adolph A. Boldon and Ella May Boldon (Morris); her husband Hackney E. Marks; and her siblings, Doris Wiersbe and Harold Boldon.

She is survived by : her children, Jeanette Mehaffey (Gordon), David Marks (Susan), Doris Hauer (late James) and Sandra Kelley (Roger). She is also survived by grandmother, great + great-great to 86 grandchildren.
