She is survived by: her sister Marilyn "Dolly" Cook; her stepbrothers, Gerald Miller and Rev. Stephen Miller; her children, Jana Benjamin (Scott), Tim Henkel (Jill), Tom Henkel and Jodi Kles; her grandchildren, Haleigh, Lucas (Waverly), Caitlyn, Jake, Tairyn (Cody), Austin, Ryan, Alex, Eric, Daniel and Averie; and her great grandchildren, Kinsleigh and Kenny.
