He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Tompsett, Thomas Warf, Beth Trendt and Pamela Frost; his great grandchildren, Jessica Osburn, Richard Bush (Alexander "AJ"), Clare "Phil" Osburn, Brandy Dieppa, Omar and Erin Dieppa; and his siblings, Lee Warmelink, Bud, Marge Warmelink, Linda Hibma, Jack Warmelink, Pat Pepper, Barb Warmelink, Sharon Jenkins, Karen and Jim Foster. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
