Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Marie Doren (Grandville, Michigan), born in Holland, Michigan, who passed away at the age of 100, on August 9, 2021. She was predeceased by : her parents, Louis DeBoer and Minnie DeBoer (Telder); her husband Willard Doren (Bill); her siblings, Elizabeth Geysbeek (Larry Geysbeek) and Rev. Jay DeBoer (Lois DeBoer); and her great great grandchild Benjamin Schrader.
She is survived by : her children, Bill Doren (Jessie) of Grand Rapids, Ruth Ann Neal (Jim) and Steve Doren (Patty) of Grand Rapids; her brothers, Rev. Lester DeBoer (Mary) and Rev. J. Walter DeBoer (Shirley) of Grand Rapids; and her cousin Willis DeBoer (Molly). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 20 great-great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Marie may be made to Sunset Manor Benevolence Fund.
