She was predeceased by: her parents, Berend Bergmans (Bert) and Irene Bergmans; her husband Dale; her sister Dort; her brother-in-law Frank Breisch; and her daughter-in-law Beth Mohr.
She is survived by: her sons, David Jeffrey (Joy) of Bush, LA, Nathan Berend (Carol) of Grandville and Timothy Dale (Tracy) of Montgomery Village, MD.; and her sister Millie Snyder (Bob). She is also survived by nephews and nieces.
