He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas Broekhuizen and Mabel Broekhuizen. He is survived by : his siblings, Gary Broekhuizen (Dorothy), Marylyn DeYong (Clarence) and Tom Broekhuizen (Cherie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In honor of Dick, and in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Elim Christian School or David's House Ministries.
