She is survived by : her husband David Van Dyke; her children, Terri Robertson (Lorenzo), Paul Van Dyke (Carolyn), Lisa Souders (Aron) and Renee Slater (Benjamin); her grandchildren, Adrian, Victoria, Anthony, Brietta, Cwen and Daelynn; her siblings, Gerald Hoogewerf (Dolores), Marilyn Huge (Dave) and John Hoogewerf (Ruth); and her parents-in-law, Robert Bultema, Kenneth Veenstra, Marvin Van Dyke (Barb), Marjorie Hendges and Cleon Jr. Van Dyke (Sherri). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
