He was predeceased by : his parents, Glenn B. Baxter and Ruth I. Baxter. He is survived by : his wife Elaine Marie Andersen; his children, Andrew Baxter of Greenville and Dr. Janna Pacey (TJ); his granddaughter Keely "Honeybear" Pacey; and his brother Glenn R. Baxter (Carol) of Crystal. He is also survived by one niece, two nephews, cousins, and several special friends.
