He is survived by : his fathers, Robert Puls and James Otten; his sisters, Justise Puls and Shyla Otten (Tony Stevens); his grandparents, Beth, Brian Clements, Robert Otten, Steve Hyde, Susan Hahs and Lisa Mier; his aunt Monica Otten; his uncle Jack Otten; and his nephews, Keylan, Kemper and Kindry Stevens.
