She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Centka and Jennie Centka (Pesta); her siblings, Dolores M. Centka and Albert Centka; and her husband Leonard Butterfield.

She is survived by : her children, Mark Hill (Ricci), April Jaggers and Suzanne Austin; and her grandson Austin Hill.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Guide Dogs of America or to St. Jude's Hospital.
