She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Moffitt and Roselean Moffitt; her son Kevin R. Fradgley; and her siblings, Billy Moffitt and Betty Green.
She is survived by: her grandson Jacob Fradgley; her brother Ron Moffitt; and her siblings-in-law, Henrietta Moffitt and Paul Green. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
