He is survived by : his siblings, Charlsie A. Johnson, Raphael C. Evanoff, Manasseh T. Evanoff and Esther B. Evanoff; and his nieces and nephews, Ramon M. Martinez, Christopher D. Johnson, Jason R. Evanoff, Shamika C. Evanoff, Mona Lisa Ndiaye and Amy Greene.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Special Olympics or have Masses to be dedicated in Emmanouel's name.
