He was predeceased by: his father John Meade; and his granddaughter Marissa Chinault. He is survived by: his mother Peggy Meade (Sturgill); his wife Debbie Meade (Stike); his children, Jeremy Meade, Jared Meade (Betsy), Patricia Chinault (Roger) and Charity Meade; his stepsons, Jason and Jonathan Reed; his brother Boyd Meade (Lorraine); his sibling's child Gail Sannes (Walt); his grandchildren, Gavin, Kailey, Jenna, Sabastian, Cameron, Aly, Dillan, James, Cheyanne, Mckenna and Noelle; and his great grandchildren, Emma and Jayla.
Memorial contributions may be given to family for future designation.
