He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Hazel A. Lilja, Jospeh Patrick Aubin Dimet, Etta Doris Murdock (Smith Campbell), James Murdock, Henry Allen Campbell Sr. and Wilma Campbell; his cousin Craig Fisher; and his aunt Diane Patricia Fisher.
He is survived by: his parents, Henry Allen Campbell Jr. and Cheri Ann Campbell (Dimet); his significant other Suzie Kucharczyk; his daughter Sarah Campbell; his sister Angie Lynn Sedlock (Dale); and his grandchildren, Jayden Campbell, Jordan Campbell and Derek Campbell. He is also survived by his many cousins, nieces and nephews.
