It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Shanahan (Hancock, Michigan), born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, who passed away on September 13, 2018, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Leo J.; his brother Michael Shanahan; and his brother-in-law Richard Arsulowicz, Sr.. He is survived by: his parent Ardith Shanahan (Stobacha); his sisters, Patti Arsulowicz, Christine Shanahan, Deborah Sobolewski (Scott), Kelly Carey (Tim) and Mary Cantolla; his sister-in-law Jane Shanahan; and also, Ryan Shanahan and Phillip Shanahan. He is also survived by his two nephews that he loved like his own; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
