With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alberta T. Boda of Harrisville, Michigan, who passed away on July 14, 2020 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Shelton T. Thornton and Willie Mae Thornton (Anderson); her husband Chief Petty Officer Robert "Bob"; her daughters, Linda Dever and Caroline Dirkson; her siblings, Geraldine Gale, Jeannette Scott and Vernon Thornton; and her grandson Robert Russo.

She is survived by : her children, Robert Boda of Harrisville, Patricia Scott (Jessy) of Mooresville and Lee Timmerick of Alpena, Michigan; and her grandchildren, Jerusha McDonald (John) of Camby, NiChol Johnston (Craig) of Harrisville, Jonas Boda of Allentown, Isaac Boda (Sarah) of Alpena and Lisa Alexander. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren; three great, great grandchildren.
