He was loved and cherished by many people including : his mother Marjorie Forsythe (London); his daughters, Angela Forsythe (Paul) of Lincoln and Novalee Forsythe of Harrisville; his grandchildren, Alyssa, Owen, Syrus and Liam; his siblings, Marlene Forsythe, Edna Taylor (Dennis), Nancy Jagelewski (John), Karen Sutton (Jeff) and Jerry Forsythe (Shelia); his aunts and uncles, Evelyn Tosh (Doug), Donna Senter, Barbara Ellis, Roddy (Sheron) and Paul Forsythe (Brenda); his close friends, Erv Joslin, Garry Hayes and Marty Hutchinson; and also Marjorie Forsythe. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
