He was predeceased by : his wife Susan Hargrove; and his sister Mamie Surline. He is survived by : his son Todd; his daughter-in-law Mary Lou; his grandsons, Collin and Matthew; and his siblings, Peggy Keep-Anthony, Faye Hargrove, Toney Hargrove and Jerry Hargrove.
