It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugene William Haywood (Hastings, Michigan), who passed away on March 1, 2019, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Haywood and Meta Haywood (Bates); his spouse Joyce Otis; and his siblings, Don, Bob, Rose and Rita.

He is survived by: his children, Larry, Ellen Haywood, Mary, Dan Javor, Barbara Haywood, Bill and Melia Haywood. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
