He was predeceased by : his parents, William Sr. Parrish and Dorothy Parrish; his wife Rose Marie; his son William Louis Parrish III; and his grandson Christopher William Wade.
He is survived by : his daughter Karen (Gary); and his sister Suzanne Brom. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; 1 great grandson.
