She was predeceased by: her parents, Merrill Hillock and Constance Valarie Hillock (Richards); her brothers, Larry Hillock, Richard Hillock, Hartwell Hillock and John Hillock; and her grandson Joshua Scramlin.
She is survived by: her husband Lyle Ames; her children, Rodney Ames (Frances) of Walled Lake, Michigan and Cheri Scramlin (Stewart) of Hillman; her grandchildren, Brent Ames (Eva), Christy Ross (Alex), Michelin Scramlin and Erin Fletcher (Jared); her great grandchildren, Addison and Ava Fletcher; her sister Carol O'Connor of Georgetown, Texas; and her sister-in-law Clara Hillock of Pickford. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
