She was predeceased by: her parents, Alton Baker and Mildred Baker (Webster); her husband Richard Belknap; her daughter Debbie Belknap; her grandson Bradley Bolenbaugh; her foster parents, John Carr and Ruth Carr; and her siblings, Mary Flint, Joan Conklin, Georgann Turney, Peggy Kish, Alonzo and Darrell Baker.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sue Sheares and Cindy Bolenbaugh (Steve); her grandchildren, Jason Bolenbaugh (Kristy), April Donahoe, Rick Woodman and Alisha Speith (Cameron); and her foster sister Suzanne Moore. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, 15 great-great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews.
Memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or a charity of the donor's choice.
