He was predeceased by: his brother Michael Issak Beelen (Samantha Taylor). He is survived by: his friends, LeRoy Hernandez and Tony Santos; his son Parker Issak Smith; his parents, Catherine Top and Richard Beelen; and his siblings, Richard (Andrea Renes), Kristen (Christopher DeLange), Jonathan Top, Erik (Elizabeth Beelen) and Stephanie Taylor. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
