Carl Devree Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carl Devree (Holland, Michigan), born in Hudsonville, Michigan, who passed away on December 29, 2018 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Jr and Alice DeVree Jr. (Frieswyk); and his siblings, Robert DeVree and Charlene Alward. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn DeVree (Glupker); his children, Jeffrey DeVree (Janis) of Grandville, MI and Susan Kane (Brian) of Fennville, MI; his grandchildren, Jennifer DeVree of Milwaukee, WI and Jonathan DeVree of Ann Arbor, MI.; and his brothers, Kenneth DeVree and George DeVree (Audrey). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Donations in memory of Carl may be made to the DeVree Family Scholarship Fund at Hope College.
