She was predeceased by: her parents, Marv Polege and Betty Polege. She is survived by: her husband George; her children, Ron Sampson, Tammy Geurink (Bruce) and Michelle Dick (Bill); her grandchildren, Jake Sampson, Cait Bankston (Dakota), Megan Siriano (Luke), Luke Geurink, Makayla Dick and Levi Dick; her great grandchild Skylar; her stepdaughter Merritt Christine Thurkettle (Rob); her stepgranddaughter Madisson; and her brother Bill Brown (Dorothy). She is also survived by nephews, nieces and cousins.
