He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren; 7 stepchildren; several step grandchildren and step great grandchildren; brothers, Bud and Beth Kamphuis and Jerry and Dottie Kamphuis; sister-in-law, Betty Kamphuis; in-laws, nephews, nieces, and cousins.
