She was predeceased by: her son Mike Smith; and her brother-in-law Lloyd Cannady. She is survived by: her daughters, Sandy Dorn (Tom) and Deb TenBrink (Steve); her daughter-in-law Jane Smith; and her grandchildren, Bill Dorn (Becky), Samantha Baumann (Howie), Tiffany Meidema (Jordan), Nicole Huisingh (Mike), Jennifer Radaz (Travis), Shelly Gomez (Francisco) and Lori Otting (Jon). She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
