She was predeceased by: her parents, William Mix and Brinda Mix; and her sister Marci Jo. She is survived by: her husband John Szczembara; her daughters, Courtney O'Donnell and Carley Conrad (Carter); and her sisters, Heidi Householder (Rick) and Misti Mix (Ricky). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and beloved friends.
