He was predeceased by : his parents, Herman Brewer and Alice Brewer; his wife Joan; and his sisters, Elizabeth Bredeway and Mildred Sloothaak.
He is survived by : his children, Judy (Keith Wolters), Jerry (Jodi Brewer), Dan (Shawnda Brewer) and Debra (Sam Solis); and his siblings-in-law, Gord, Joyce Sluiter, Krystal Sluiter and Jo Sluiter. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren.
