He was predeceased by: his parents, Thys Boerman and Sena Boerman (Busscher); his brother Mike Boerman; his son Duane; and his grandson Ryan Boerman.
He is survived by: his wife Harriet De Kleine; his children, Darwin, Diane Boerman, Dawn and Brian Vander Hulst; his great grandchildren, Emily Boerman, Marissa Boerman, Matthew, Megan Vander Hulst (Noella) and Amy Vander Hulst; and his sisters-in-law, Juella Boerman and Mildred Boes. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to Bentheim Reformed Church, or Hospice of Holland.
