He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Delia; his siblings, Peter III, Ann Wyngarden and Nell VanderLeek; his wife Julia; his children, James Jonker, Janice Jonker of Holland, Robert Jonker and Nancy Jonker of Grand Rapids; his great grandchildren, Barb Jonker, Hans Larsen, Betsy, Craig Oosterhouse, Lisa, Doug Klamer, Laura, Andrew Plantenga, Jonathan Jonker and Benjamin Jonker; his brother-in-law Milton Wyngarden; his brothers, Reverend Dr, Edwin Roels and Bertie Roels; his sister-in-law Arloa Roels; and also, Vonnie and Joe. He was also cherished by six grandchildren.
