She was predeceased by: her husband Nelis Bade. She is survived by: her children, Craig Bade MD (Amy Bade Ed) and Thomas Bade PhD; her daughter-in-law Donna Bade; her children, Prospect Heights and Shelly Bade MD of Stuart, FL; and her grandchildren, Lindsey Bade (David Wilson), Tom Bade (Kelly), Gavin Bade and Connor Bade. She is also survived by brother.
