He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Howard and Hettie Howard; and his son Steven John Howard. He is survived by: his wife Adelia "Dede" Howard; and his son Brian Howard of Oro Valley, AZ. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
