He is survived by: his spouse Sharon; his children, Jennifer Lynn Hernandez (Hector), Amanda Lynn Hajek (Michael) and Joseph John Pondelicek (Emily Hahn); his grandchild Richie Hajek; his parent Ann Delores; his sibling Lynn Marie Reed (John Henney); and his sibling's children, Christopher (Micky), Stephen and Michael Reed.
