He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Peter Knoll and Jennie Knoll; his wife Jane Renkema Knoll; his children, Judy Hirdes (Cary), Millie Robbert (Jim), Ruth Schut (Arlen) and Ken W. Knoll; and his siblings-in-law, Jay Breuker, Jeanette Renkema, Jean Nyhoff and Helen Renkema. He was also cherished by 15 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, and three great-great- grandchildren.
