It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Laura Folkert (Holland, Michigan), who passed away at the age of 95, on April 18, 2024. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husbands, Kenneth Laarman and Wallace Folkert. She is survived by : her children, Rod (Hazel Folkert), Dr. Vaughn (Valerie Folkert), Kenneth (Mary Laarman), Lynda (Jack Tiggleman), Craig (Lisa Folkert), Clark (Donna Folkert) and Ruth Magnell; her brother Harvey Brandt; her sister-in-law Irene Ter Haar; her sons, Kendall Folkert and Doug Folkert; and her grandson Matthew Tiggleman. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Overisel Reformed Church (4706 142nd Ave, Holland, MI 49423). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.

Memorial contributions may be given to Samaritan's Purse.
