She was predeceased by : her son-in-law Robert Reimink; her brother Howard Busscher; and her in-laws, Don Lubbers, Marge Busscher and Sandy Busscher (Bruursema).

She is survived by : her husband Jerry Genzink; her children, Sharon (Roger Sneller), Larry (Marcia Genzink), Steve (Pam Genzink) and Bob (Jane Genzink); her grandchildren, Jonathan, Brenna Reimink, Andrew, Lindsay Reimink, Tom, Jessica Reimink, Elizabeth, Greg Rosema, Joey, Abbey Afienko, Micky, Anjuli Johnson, Maecy Sneller, Mark, Lauren Genzink, Katherine, Luke Panning, Josiah, Jodi Genzink, Anna, Nate Weeber, Jesse, Shelby Genzink, Jeremy, Kailee Genzink, Hannah Genzink, Ella Genzink and Sam Genzink; her siblings, Millie Lubbers, Mel Busscher and Rog (Eileen Busscher); and her siblings-in-law, Russ (Retha Genzink) and Caroline (Pete Jacobsen). She is also survived by 28 great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions is Leona's honor may be given to Holland Christian Schools, Graafschap Christian Reformed Church, or Faith Hospice.
