She is survived by : her husband George Slater; her children, Deb Slater of Zeeland, Michigan, Sue Slater of Holland and Steve; her grandchild Lauren (James Martzall); her great grandchildren, Elaine, Benjamin and Amy; her grandson George (Kelly Slater); and her great grandchildren, Charlie and Jack.
