He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Schepel and Marie Schepel. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his children, Calvin Schepel (Cathy) and Marcia Schutz (Joseph); and his grandchildren, Zachary Schepel, Christopher Schepel and Andrew Schutz.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Faith Hospice or the Alzheimer Association.
