He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sylvia Steimle (Harris); his children, Russell Steimle (Tina) of Punta Cana, Judy Becker (Kevin) of Holland and Autumn Bosch (Terry) of Manitowoc; and his sister Phyllis Orcutt of Grand Rapids. He was also cherished by 8 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Holland Rescue Mission.
