He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rhine Meulen and Cornelia Vander Meulen; his former wife Sharon; his wife Karen; his children, Rick Vander Meulen of Byron Center, Rhonda and Troy Stahl of Indianapolis; his grandchildren, Katelyn, Michelle, Tyler Stahl, Abigail and Jason Sissing; and his parents-in-law, Mary Vander Meulen, Phyllis Kragt, Rosie, Harlan Lubbers, Ron, Pam Nienhuis, Bob, Andy Pippel, Howard and Mary Pippel. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be given to Outdoor Discovery Center or Holland Christian Schools.
